We've been working extremely hard to bring you SongShift 6.0, the newest iteration of SongShift. Today, SongShift 6.0 has entered public beta, and we are thrilled to offer you the chance to beta test it.

We'll publish an in-depth article as we get closer to public release, but for now, here's a quick rundown of what to expect:

It's the SongShift you know and love under the hood with a fresh coat of paint and upgraded parts. Modernized to match modern iOS design trends, SongShift 6.0 looks fantastic and makes setting up Shifts more straightforward.

SongShift's SongShare functionality receives a massive upgrade with enhanced sharing. Easily share your playlists with friends no matter what service they use. Sharing is also easier, with quick sharing to Instagram, Snapchat, and Facebook. On top of this, SongShare is now free for everyone to use, not just limited to Pro users.

Other notable features to test:

• Use Song Recognition to match and transfer a song you may be hearing.
• Tags help organize Shifts by allowing you to filter by certain types
• Transfer Apple Music data exported from their data export functionality
• New Alternate Icons
• New Themes

SongShift 6.0 is NOT backwards compatible. If you upgrade to the SongShift 6.0 beta, you will lose your data if you attempt to downgrade to version 5.x.
